I have taken my dog to this location three times and they have been incredible! I was embarrassed that I hadn’t taken her to a vet in awhile, but I did not feel judged at all. They were quick and took great care of us. They were also friendly and seem to get each pet in a room quickly which eased my anxiety as well! Thank you!

I took my dog in to be seen for her right ear, which was swollen with blood. I was able to get in early the same day. The staff was very caring & attentive to Ginger's needs. They explained her medications & how they were to be taken. I was able to schedule a follow-up appointment before I left. I've already recommended them to my friends.

they were very kind and recommended a different food for my cat. she has been having issues with throwing up after eating and after eating treats, it’s been only 1 day on this new food and she already is a completely different cat! she was so excited to eat this morning, and actually ate her food without throwing up!

The professionals here are so nice! They were able to get my dog in for an emergency visit and spent time with him to see what was wrong. He's better now! It was our first visit but we'll be back. 😁

We had a great experience at hidden valley. Our cat Wesley got shots and never cried once and he's a BIG cryer! We also got a surprise discount, Can't beat that.
