Lisa is one of our Doctor’s Assistants and has been in the field for 7 years.  She came to veterinary medicine after putting her dream of becoming a technician on hold for 13 years and is definitely trying to make up for lost time with her care and dedication.  She comes with 22 years of customer service skills to boot.  In her free time she likes to read sci-fi/fantasy series, debate conspiracy theories, soak up sunshine, half conceptualize art projects, make fun of terrible t-shirt designs and dream about the future.  Said dreams include but are not limited to running a coastal cat sanctuary and getting to kayak on the ocean every single day. Until then, she is very happy to live in Independence with her 2 goof-dogs and 4 feline friends.  She is a true believer that each and every dog/cat is the very best one and cannot wait to meet yours.
